Privacy

Clear data boundaries for an API product.

This page is a product-facing privacy summary and draft for counsel review. It is not a substitute for the final privacy notice or a legal commitment.

What the console tracks

Usage metadata that helps you operate your integration.

The developer console is designed to show request IDs, endpoints, model IDs, protocol, status, latency, request size, input tokens, output tokens, total tokens and charge. Error entries can include a status code and a redacted explanation such as an upstream timeout or a budget limit.

Waitlist information

When you join the early-access waitlist, Quantel stores the email address you submit so we can contact you about access to the Quntel model series. Rate-limit identifiers are one-way hashes; raw IP addresses are not stored in the waitlist database. Contact privacy@quntel.dev if you want your waitlist email removed.

Payload handling

The current product experience treats request and response bodies as private by default. Workspace settings can communicate whether detailed bodies are stored; production behavior, retention and deletion commitments must be confirmed in the final privacy notice.

Account information

Account, authentication, billing and support data may be required to operate the service. Final purposes, subprocessors, retention periods, user rights and contact details will be documented by counsel before production launch.
