Final terms are expected to cover account ownership, API key security, permitted use, model and service availability, usage charges, wallet and subscription rules, rate limits, suspension, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability and termination.
Product behavior
Available model IDs, supported protocols, limits, pricing, retention and service behavior may change as the product develops. The final agreement and product documentation will control once published.
Before launch
Legal counsel must review and approve the final terms, billing language, acceptable-use rules and service-level disclosures before production customer onboarding.
